The “Happy Villa” – Villa Alegre, is a non-oceanfront two-storey house on a sizable private lot in Bajuras, Isabela on Shacks Beach. This is the only Full House Rental available through Villa Tropical, with gated yard and private POOL. Historically a second family home for the owners, it is inviting, warm, nicely decorated, and comfortable, and offers an excellent environment for rejuvenation. BEST of all it has a large private POOL, lined with deck chairs and surrounded by tropical gardens. This single family home is located 3 lots west of VT Main, on the south side of the street, across from Villa Filisha. The light blue building on our MAP. Note: the Google Earth map accurately reflects the ‘size’ of the pool. The property features a spacious yard (fence lined and gated entry), with coconut trees, banana trees, orchids, iguanas, and tropical gardens. The house has a fully equipped Two (2) bedroom apartment upstairs, and a One (1) bedroom downstairs. Available to you, are two kitchens, 2 bathrooms, outside showers, barbecue, and a multi-level deck/patio with ample outdoor furniture. Free private parking for two cars in included, as well as Free Wireless Internet. Coin operated laundry facilities are available at the Villa Tropical (VT Main) building or request regular cleaning services at the VT Office. Beach access is via public beach access path. It is no more than a 2 minute walk from your private pool to sea shore. Sleeps 6 to 8 persons maximum. |

| Is the single family home on a large private lot with three bedrooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms, a multi-level deck with patio, and your own private POOL. Upstairs has two bedrooms, a family room that serves as a cozy gathering area, equipped with cable TV, entertainment and sound system. The full size kitchen is bright and is open to the living area. There is a Queen size bed in the master bedroom and a Queen with a Twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. There are ceiling fans throughout and A/C in the bedrooms. Downstairs is an efficiency kitchen, bathroom and the bedroom has a Queen size bed. The covered patio with ample furniture, serves as the outdoor dining area for all.
