How to Confirm a Reservation
BOOK DIRECT! WE ONLY BOOK DIRECT! Villa Tropical is not enrolled with agents or GDS providers thus anyone, live or on-line, that tries to book your reservation, is not authorized to do so. Beware the misleading information provided by a popup solicitor who reports there is no availability….it’s a scam that misdirects you to only a handful of businesses willing to pay the special fees. All our Guests must directly communicate via phone or email with VT Reservations. The preferred method is for Guests to fill out a Reservations Inquiry from this website and a VT Reservations representative will follow-up promptly. There is a two (2) night advance reservation minimum; walk-ins are welcome every day. Apartment rental is charged nightly plus: 3% Guest Services and 9% Room Tax. Rental Rates are based on the minimum anticipated occupancy with an extra $20/night/person added up to the allowable maximum. Only Registered Guests are allowed on property grounds. Discounts apply for approved Corporate Partners, Government and Military Personnel. Discounts also apply for our Regular Tenants – members of the Villa Tropical First Mates Club. Minimum seven-day reservations are preferred (minimum two weeks from mid December through the first week of January) however last minute weekenders are also encouraged. VT Reservations may have to put you on a waiting list for requests less than a week during high season or a holiday. Stays of less than two nights will incur an additional cleaning fee.
Deposit Required. We will happily HOLD a date and favorite unit for a day or two while you finalize plans, however, the reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. As proof of deposit and confirmation of your reservation dates, you will receive an invoice from Villa Tropical via email. Payment of balance is due in full upon arrival.
Check-In Time is 3pm. Thus if you are arriving at 1am Saturday morning and want to go straight to bed, you must reserve the unit for Friday night arrival.
Check-Out Time is 12pm noon. Late check out is sometimes available if we do not have an arrival that day at 3pm. We do not confirm late check out in advance. Late check out fees are charged to the credit card you placed with the reservation unless you pay in person before ultimately departure.
