Villa Filisha is the 3rd building west of the Villa Tropical (VT Main) property (where the General Manager’s office is). It has been completely refurbished as of 2009, and remains one of the most sought after rental units on the strip. The property fronts Shacks Beach directly in line with the surf break just west of the Blue Hole Coral Reef. The sunsets from Villa Filisha are breathtaking and the surfing photo opportunities, stellar. The entire grounds are paved with stone patio and surrounded by carefully manicured lawn and tropical gardens. The parking lot is a garden work of art. There is a Two-Bedroom oceanfront apartment on the lower level west side – F1, and a Three-Bedroom, 2 Bathroom unit – F2 – on the east side. There is also a non-oceanfront studio – F3 – at the back of the building on the east side. F1 and F2 share a stunning gated yard with private, gated beach entry (just steps to the sand) and oceanfront stone patios and decks. The unit’s glass doors open to a stone patio and onto a grassy enclosed courtyard outlined by tropical flowers and overlooking, in full peripheral vision, the Atlantic Ocean. There are two outdoor showers, a beautiful sunken barbecue area at Oceanside, and board storage lockers. There is a strong Internet hotspot with sun protected picnic tables under a tropical canopy, behind the Villa. The units often get excellent connectivity oceanfront. Your private laundry facilities are also available directly in the Villa Filisha compound. Villa Filisha units have backup generator power if needed. |

Built in 2009, it is impeccably modern inside with granite counters, hardwood cabinets and gorgeous wood furnishings. Full size fridge and Queen size bed. F3 shares the barbecue pit and lanai built at oceanfront. Free parking for one small compact car. Guests in F3 also take advantage of the common area designated for Filisha’s internet hub outside – it is a gorgeous tropical garden canopy over a picnic table just outside your door.
