Casa Soledad (CS) is the three-story building, directly across the street from the Villa Tropical Hotel. The Casa Soledad property has two non-oceanfront public rentals on the first and second floors. Casa Soledad stands out, painted yellow with a laneway lined with bamboo. Casa Soledad features a semi-private saltwater swimming pool. Guests are welcomed by a well-groomed tropical garden of various trees and flowers that surround the shallow pool. The poolside deck lounge chairs are inviting. The units are warm and bright, breezy and well-equipped.

There are two (2) separate, two - bedroom units. CS1 is on the lower level or first floor, and CS2 is on the second floor. Each unit has one designated parking space, free satellite TV and free wireless internet services on site. Laundry is available across the street at the Villa Tropical Hotel. The private pool and deck lounge furniture is shared exclusively by CS1 and CS2 Guests. To get to Shacks Beach, it is a very short walk, east, to the public beach access path, (2 minutes tops). you jump in your pool. Casa Soledad has backup generator power and cistern water, if needed. CS1 is the first floor, non-oceanfront two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Casa Soledad. This gem of an apartment’s main room and kitchen has two sets of double patio doors that open to the patio and pool. The unit has artfully stylish furnishings, and comfortable furniture, granite countertop, usable closets, flat-screen TV, stainless steel appliances, mattresses and kitchenware. The bedrooms have a Queen size bed in the master and two Twins in the second bedroom. The pool deck is lined with trendsetting outdoor wood furniture. One bathroom with standup shower. All bedrooms have quiet inverter units and ceiling fans. One free designated parking space. Free Wi-Fi. CS1 shares use of the pool with the residing guests of CS2. CS1 has a backup generator. Sleeps 4 people maximum @ $260/n.
