Hola / Hallo / Greetings / Bonjour / Ni Hao / :) - Thank you for your interest in renting a Villa Tropical Apartment. Please tell us about yourself, your targeted dates for a visit, your favorite units, group size and dynamics (how many adults, how many kids), how many visitors, etc. and we will follow-up via phone and/or email, and confirm everything, in advance of your commitment of funds.

When you’re ready to confirm, please make sure you have read and agree to the Tenants Contract and our Cancellation Policy and then make a deposit. We accept Visa/MC/Checks (with valid ID) and Cash. We cannot hold a reservation without a valid credit card in the name of the guest on our registrar.

You have not yet confirmed your reservation until we are in receipt of your Deposit funds $, in full. The balance $ of your Invoice is due immediately upon the date of arrival as specified on the reservation confirmation, which is sent to you at the email address you specify.

If we don’t connect immediately, at the hour when you arrive, your keys will be ready, and you can come visit us in the morning. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us at the office at 787-872-7172. We are looking forward to meeting you.
