Thank you for your interest in renting an apartment with Villa Tropical Inc. Since day one, in 1990, we have always booked directly with our Guests. There are several really good reasons we avoid the use of on-line travel agencies (OTA's) to fill our calendar. #1 it saves our customers (you) money; #2 it ensures we truly know who our Guests are and can assist them in all ways during their stay; and #3 because our regular return visitors count on us to simply hold that one unit for them every year around the same time…and that takes the personal touch.

Please tell us about yourself, your targeted dates for a visit, your favorite units, the group size and dynamics (how many adults, how many kids), how many visitors, etc. and we will follow-up via phone and/or email, and confirm everything, in advance of your commitment of funds.

Thanks for filling in the questionnaire below and anticipate a follow-up communication where we help you choose the optimum unit available for your group during your targeted stay. We are happy to hold the unit for a day or two prior to collecting the deposit. We must hold the reservation with a valid credit card in the name of the guest on our registrar. At this point you will receive an Estimated Invoice with the details of your reservation for you to review and verify for accuracy.

When you’re ready to confirm, please make sure you have read and agree to the Tenants Contract and our Cancellation Policy and then make a deposit. We accept Visa/MC/Checks (with valid ID) and Cash.

You do not yet have a confirmed reservation until we are in receipt of your Deposit funds $, in full. When we receive the deposit, you will be sent a reservation confirmation email, to the address you specify below. The balance $ of your Invoice is due immediately upon the date of arrival.
