Villa Bajandas is the most easterly building on the strip and sits directly on Shacks Beach, at the point break, overlooking into the majestic Blue Hole Coral Reef. Villa Bajandas holds two (2) – 2-Bedroom apartment units: (B1) & (B2). A sizeable lot, decorated with tropical plants and surfboards, there is one free parking space for both units. These units boast large private oceanfront decks and high ceilings throughout. There is granite kitchen counters with island and stools dining setup, and a stainless fridge. The bedrooms are spacious and it has eclectic beach décor. The units are not elaborate but functional and good for families and adventurers. The insides are beach house look, simple and comfortable. There are ceiling fans in all rooms and modern A/C console units in each of the bedrooms. There is a BBQ for use by both units on the ground floor, and outdoor showers. Villa Bajandas has it’s own private beach access directly to the sand. Laundry facilities are available in the Villa Tropical Hotel (where the Store and Office is located). Villa Bajandas units have backup generator power if needed via a manual start switch. If any issue, the staff will be there to turn it on. Villa Bajandas units have wireless internet availability. Villa Bajandas B2’s lookout deck boasts the most unbelievable panoramic views of the Shacks Beach coastline and ocean horizon.

B1 is the lower level two-bedroom oceanfront unit of the Villa Bajandas property. There is a Queen-size bed in the master and two Twins in the second room. The twin beds are built to come together to make another Queen bed if desired. B1 features high ceilings, open concept granite counter kitchen, and a good size oceanfront deck. Spectacular ocean and beach views. Sleeps 4 people @ $200/n. B1 has backup generator with manual start switch.

B2 is the upper level two-bedroom oceanfront unit of the Villa Bajandas property with a great deck with look out point and wrap around deck to the east. From these decks you can see clearly for quite a distance both to the east and west and around the corner to the south. There is a Queen-size bed in the master and two Twins in the second room. Sunny and bright ambiance with open concept living / dining area with granite counters and island seating in the kitchen. B2 features high ceilings and spectacular double deck views. Sleeps 4 people at $200/n. B2 has backup generator with manual start switch.
